We also gather information pertaining to the name and location of your credit card’s issuing bank by extracting the BIN portion from your credit card number (first 6 numbers). We also store the last 4 numbers on the card for card reference purposes. We never store your full credit card number or any other credit card info.
  • If you set up an online account with us, we will also store your password.
  • If you sign up to receive offers and announcements via email, we will store your email address, name, address and country at iContact which is our email marketing platform. When you purchase on our website we will use your personal information to create a profile based on the information we receive about you. This is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests in ensuring we have accurate information about you in one place and to combat fraud. We create your profile in accordance with your preferences in order to provide you with the best personalized experience, to send you personalized marketing announcements and offers and for opinion research purposes. Furthermore, on the basis of legitimate interest, we have the right to follow up with an email message asking for feedback from you from your last purchase. At any time you are able to unsubscribe to our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email sent from us.

Return Policy
Gift cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable. If there is a problem with a code, we will replace it at no extra cost, as long as it hasn’t been redeemed.

We require customers to send us a screenshot or a photo of the code error no later than 30 days from purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for gift cards that have been resold by customers to a 3rd party.
